2. What we collect
Through the contact / demo-request form on /contact we collect:
- Your name
- Your institutional email address
- Your institution / organisation name
- Your role (e.g. professor, programme director, training director)
- The optional free-text message you write
We do not collect financial data on this site. Site analytics, if used, are aggregated and do not identify individuals.
3. Why we use it
The personal data above is used strictly to:
- Reply to your enquiry, schedule a demo, or scope an evaluation.
- Keep contextual notes that let us continue the conversation meaningfully across follow-ups.
- Send occasional product updates only if you explicitly opt in.
The legal basis is your consent, which you provide by submitting the form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).
4. How long we keep it
Demo-request data is retained for 24 months from the last interaction. After that, it is deleted unless you've signed an active engagement with us (in which case retention follows the contract terms).
5. Who has access
Your data is accessible only to RevLabPro team members involved in the sales / pilot conversation. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
The form submissions transit through our form-handling provider (Formspree) and our email provider, both of which are GDPR-compliant processors. They process the data only on our instructions.
6. Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. We may use a privacy-friendly analytics tool (e.g. Plausible) that does not use cookies and does not track individuals. If we ever add anything that requires consent, we'll ask first via a banner.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify any inaccurate data.
- Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Port your data to another provider.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
- File a complaint with the Spanish data-protection authority (AEPD) or your national supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, write to [email protected] with "Data request" in the subject. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
Form data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our processors use encryption at rest. We do not store passwords on this marketing site.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as we add new features. Material changes are announced on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
